Compact dual-stage gas supply panel for non-corrosive gases and mixtures up to grade 6.0. For the connection of 1 cylinder with a maximum filling pressure of 300 bar. Diaphragm type regulator and isolation valve.

25 - PROCESS GAS PURGING AND PROCESS ISOLATION OUTLET	Same as type 24 + additional shut-off valve in the process gas outlet
